These Legal Conditions and Terms of Use, governed by Spanish law, normalize access, use and services on the Website ontimeon.
Accessing and / or use of the Website implies the acceptance of these Legal Conditions and Terms of Use.
The purpose of ontimeon is providing to his customers a platform in order to manage planned notifications.
Users can introduce notifications. Notifications are called OTO hereafter. An OTO is formed by a short-text (the content), a date and a destination list.
Each element in the destination list is formed by an user name and the way this destination user will receive the text at the specific date.
ontimeon users must provide personal data in order to operate with the system. Anonymous acces is not allowed.
Everytime a person is receiving an OTO, it is because some ontimeon user has provided enough information about that person for sending the OTO in the selected way.
ontimeon will not use that information in other way that providing their users the defined purpose.
